Once  received your coloring book product can be returned only if damaged in shipping or if you have received the wrong product within a 5 day written notification. No product is accepted back without  exception due the current health issues. If you are dissatisfied with the item(s) purchased for any other reason please call 314-695-5757.

 Returns are accepted prepaid shipping only.
Crayola products are non-returnable.
